What happens if a product is out of stock and I really would like to purchase one?

Please send us an email with the product name, colour and code if possible so that we can collaborate with our suppliers and make one for you.


How long will my order take to reach me?

If the product is in stock, payment is received and you have selected your delivery method it should not take more than 3-5 working days. If a product is out of stock and needs to be manufactured it may take a bit longer depending on the product.

I have a quality issue with my product?

When returning a defective product, please email a photograph of the defective item as well as your proof of purchase to hello@yoursandmine.co.za 

You will be advised whether the product can be repaired or whether it will need to be replaced. You also have the option of a refund/credit. Yours and Mine will be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective. The decision between repairing or replacing will be that of Yours and Mine depending on availability and other relevant circumstances. 


What is your return policy?

NOTE: Sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances whatsoever.

We highly doubt you’ll want to return your fabulous item but if, for some reason, you have a change of heart, you will need to notify us within 5 days of your order being delivered. You may choose between a purchase price refund, product exchange or credit. But remember… you changed your mind; not us, so you will need to cover the cost of the courier fee in order to return the item. 

If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased) please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please email hello@yoursandmine.co.za to notify us of the mistake so that we can arrange collection of the product and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
