RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY – NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
NOTE: Sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances whatsoever.
We highly doubt you’ll want to return your fabulous product but if, for some reason, you have a change of heart, you will need to notify us within 5 days of your order being delivered. You may choose between a purchase price refund, product exchange or credit. But remember… you changed your mind; not us, so you will need to cover the cost of the courier fee in order to return the item. If you are exchanging for another size, be sure to send the item you purchased back to us in its original form. Once received we will then exchange the product for your chosen exchange.
If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased) please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please email email@example.com to notify us of the mistake so that we can arrange collection of the product and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
Cinderella order the wrong size? No problem! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly arrange the exchange. However, please note that you will be responsible for the collection fee as well as the redelivery fee of your chosen item.
RETURNS/WARRANTY POLICY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
When returning a defective product, please email a photograph of the defective item as well as your proof of purchase to email@example.com.
You will be advised whether the product can be repaired or whether it will need to be replaced. You also have the option of a refund/credit. Yours and Mine will be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective. The decision between repairing or replacing will be that of Yours and Mine depending on availability and other relevant circumstances.
